Controls stay connected to the record, team and operational state they govern.

Governance principleMake the correct path the clearest path.

Structure, access and review should help teams work consistently—not force governance into a separate after-the-fact exercise.

Control layers

Governance woven through the operating model.

Each layer supports controlled execution and audit readiness without making an unsupported certification or regulatory guarantee.

The product’s control model keeps the operating record and its accountability connected as work moves forward.
